Our owner, Jeff Lonsbury, fell in love with the air-conditioning industry while working with his dad on appliances and window units as a kid. Jeff and his wife, Tina, founded our company in 2001, and we have been committed to providing the highest quality air conditioning services ever since. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR A SERVICE CALL?
Our residential service call is $105.00, that is the service call and diagnosing any parts needed will be quoted on the job as well as the labor price.
Our commercial service call is $129.00, that is the service call and diagnosing any parts needed will be quoted on the job as well as the labor price.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER HOUR?
We do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job, we work off of a flat rate price book.
DO YOU OFFER INDOOR AIR QUALITY OPTIONS?

HOW DO I SET MY HUMIDISTAT FOR WHEN I AM AWAY AND WHEN I COME HOME?
Thermostat to cool at 78 degrees, humidistat set to 50-55%, when you come home switch the humidistat to the on position for the thermostat to operate normally.
CAN I PUT VINEGAR OR BLEACH DOWN MY DRAIN?
Yes, you can use about a half a cup of vinegar. Yes, you can do bleach as well but we highly recommend if you use bleach, to let the bleach sit for about 5 minutes and flush the drain with about a gallon of water. If you leave the bleach in the drain then eventually it could start to deteriorate the drain over time.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY AC UNIT MAINTENANCED?
We do recommend two times a year to try to prolong the life of your ac system.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR FILTERS?
1” filter or media can range between 1-3 months depending on the environment. 5” filters usually can last for up to 6 months again depending on environment.
